The new Alaris trains that have begun to work the last 16th of February from Madrid to Valencia and Castellón are a new travel concept by train for the passengers. The Alaris were born with some special characters as the AVE, Talgo200 and Euromed. These trains have a commercial strategy based in the quality and in the service for the passengers both in the stations and in the trains.
The new Alaris are pendulum trains able to reach 220 kms/h.
The route Valencia-Madrid have seasonal passengers because connects Valencia with the center of Spain. The bussiness trips have passed the holiday ones and the trains must offer a few stops, a high frequence and good times of travel that permit to go and to go back in the same day.

ABOUT ONE MILLION OF PASSENGERS
The growth has been assured by the 876.000 passengers that have done this route the last year. 100.000 of them were new passengers that means a growth of 11,4%.

In the new concept of the service in Great Lines of Renfe for this route, the services begin when the passenger arrives in the station. The Alaris trains have specific rails in Madrid Atocha and Valencia Nord. Before of going into the train, the checking service will inform the passengers about the coach and the number of the seat. The preference class passengers can wait in the Club rooms of the Madrid Atocha station and Albacete (that is not complete built) and in the Euromed room in the Valencia Nord station, where they can find journals and some drink.
